Today has been an emotional rollercoaster. I was told this morning that due to my dilligence as safety officer our plant is now up to Alberta's provincial safety standards (Alberta has the toughest standards in north America!) now admittedly this is mostly due to me bugging the guys and kicking there asses if they step out of line..but still ( Read more... )
